THE COMPONENTS OF THE TRAINING
Altitude:
Karate & Fitness training at high elevation increase the demand on your physical and mental discipline and performance.
Karate Practice:
Tom Muzila Godan will conduct a series of dynamic and technical karate practices. During this specialized training camp, Tom will cover techniques, movements and angles of training to generate and improve your explosiveness.
Cross-Training
Rebecca French MPT will conduct a series of strength, conditioning, endurance/cardiovascular, flexibility and nutritional sessions. Be prepared to feel muscles in a way you have never felt before!

Nature:
Participants will test their limits together in extreme conditions including; altitude, terrain, elemental changes and outside camping. Physical and mental stress combined with the natural elements will make your experience truly esoteric and memorable.
Strong Mind:
Your mental strength and adaptability are tested through unique practices conducted by Tom and Rebecca throughout the weekend. Be prepared for the unexpected! You may have heard rumors and many are true, so bring your mental adaptability.
Mokuso:
Practitioners will exercise and improve meditation skills to clear and control one’s mind and thoughts. This will be executed and integrated randomly throughout the weekend, through dynamic breathing techniques. You will work to improve energy, focus and concentration. You will also be put through numerous intuition practices to help enhance and stimulate your extra senses!
Amenities:
Meals are “on your own” and there are numerous places in town to meet most dietary preferences. You are encouraged to bring food and drinks with ice in a cooler if desired.
Sleeping to be outside/tents optional.
Training area is a private campsite with restrooms, shower and general store.

From Los Angeles: take 210 east to 330 towards Big Bear. Continue on 18 east to the stoplight and turn left (North Shore Drive). Drive approximately 4 miles to North Shore Land and turn right. LHR&M is on the right.
